Find The Owner Of A Domain Using A MacOS
Finding the registered owner and contact information for a domain is very simple on a computer with MacOS operating system. Apple has a command built in called 'WHOIS". The WHOIS lookup utility will allow you to discover the the administrative and technical contact information of a domain name or IP address. The WHOS tool will also reveal when the domain was registered, the domain's registration expiration date, name servers and in many cases the physical address and phone number of the company who owns a domain.
